Coming out isn't something you do once; it's something you'll continue to do for the rest of your life. Regardless of sexual identity, coming out is an ongoing process of living your sexuality and gender identity and bringing it into your families, groups of friends, workplaces, and communities. Join us on June 1st at our second Sarnia Speaks dialogue as we discuss what it's like coming out and living as an LGBTQ individual in our community. Listen to the stories of our featured panel members and after share your own during an open floor. The open floor is intended to be a safe space for anybody who wants to listen, contribute and/or learn, and is moderated by a local professional working in the field. Ah….springtime….one thinks of fresh air, and good clean eating!  We are pleased to invite you to a brand new ‘Salad In A Jar’ Workshop….hosted by Melody Gibson, Pampered Chef Director. Melody is working together with St. Clair Child & Youth Services to provide this workshop fundraising event, in support of our Youth Cooking Program. It is being held on Monday May 30, 2016, at St. Paul’s United Church in Sarnia.

Law of Attraction Workshop The day will include key speakers discussing how to use the Law of Attraction by utilizing visualization, energy & emotions. Speakers include Lynn Comeau, Joan Biggs, Jale Fancey, Roy Kelley, Michelle Lee, Tori Spanton and your host Michele Dionne. Participants will create their own personalized vision boards during this event. Light snacks, coffee, steeped tea and water will be provided.
