The Chris Molyneaux Jazz Trio is the latest project from Sarnia-born saxophone player Chris Molyneaux. On the bass is Wesley Collett-Taylor out of Peterborough, Ontario, and the drummer is Mark Athanasiadis from Markham, Ontario. Chris will be playing the tenor saxophone and the clarinet, as well as sing. The three met at Humber College in Toronto, and they have performed gigs across the Southern Ontario area since 2016. They will be performing a high energy set of contemporary jazz standards as well as original tunes featured on their new album “Closer To Home”.
