Sarnia Indie Night is back with its summer kick off party, this time with a bigger bill featuring bands such as:

The Down River Band: The Down River Band
The Down River Band is a 4 piece band out of lambton county. Established in 2014, they have performed countless shows locally and have since branched out to areas such as London and Windsor. The DRB has shared the stage with acts like Monster Truck, One Bad Son, The Lazys, and The Glorious Sons. They just finished recording their first full length unsigned album and is looking forward to share their work with a wider audience.

Puce: PUCE
Puce are Sarnia’s own hard rocking good time Charlies. Dane Hansen, Dillon Lambert, Alex Perdeaux, and Roy Tennyson, are a group of buddies who just want to write songs and put on live shows. Once described by a venue owner as ‘rip-roaring’, If you like loud rock, and a party atmosphere you will love Puce. Puce will be performing at Canadian Music Week 2019 and are the finalists for the Jim Beam Talent search that took place in London, On.

Circle The City: Circle The City
Complete Opposite Records recording artists, Circle The City, a 4piece alternative rock band from Sarnia, Ontario, features Riley Thompson (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), Harold Collins(Guitar), Nathan Yeadon(bass), and Jesse Mootrey(Drums/Percussion).
Circle the City is a blend of Influences with the goal to make music that stands out. If you’re a fan of sultry Jazz vocals, melodic thoughtful guitars, funky jazz breakdowns and pounding bass and drums, you’ll want to take notice

Peace Pilot:
Peace Pilot is an original rock band from Sarnia, consisting of Andrew Borody (Vocals/guitar), Trevor Johnston(guitar) ,Marc Morin (Keys), Michael Toye (bass), and Tim Anderson (Drums) that have been playing the Southwestern Ontario music scene for almost twenty years. Their heavy, up-tempo music is a callback to a time when alternative rock ruled the world. Fashioning their sound after their favourite bands of the 70’s and 90’s. The addition of Marc Morin on keys has helped them develop a sound that is their’s alone., Peace Pilot delivers a high energy performance, while playing catchy, fun, and technical compositions that leave crowds wanting more. The band is currently in the studio recording their debut album, to be released in June 2019

Gucc: Gucc
Gucc is an underground electronic music project containing mid 30 year old human men. They’ve been around long enough to know what’s up. That’s why they play songs from legendary electronic music pioneers like Kraftwerk and daft punk, but they also play original music so you never know what to expect!!

Roots of Rome: instagram/@roots_of_rome
What were once just two nurses and friends having fun around a campfire or playing music for the patients they cared for, has evolved into what we now know as, Roots of Rome. A fun duo made up of two vocalists Jackie Davies (guitar) and Christine Ioannis (ukulele) found themselves playing more and more, then most recently for a wedding ceremony at the request of their good friend. Roots of Rome is happy to welcome Joe Ioannis as drummer to bring their music to a new level of acoustic indie rock
