Longtime members of Fleetwood Mac, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie have joined together to record their first-ever album as a duo. Simply titled LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM/CHRISTINE McVIE, the 10-song album will be released by East West Records this summer, followed by a run of special North American concerts. The collaboration began three years ago, when McVie rejoined Fleetwood Mac for the group’s “On With The Show” tour. The pair went in to record new material prior to rehearsals for the tour and their natural creative chemistry was reignited. According to Buckingham, “We were exploring a creative process, and the identity of the project took on a life organically. The body of work felt like it was meant to be a duet album. We acknowledged that to each other on many occasions, and said to ourselves, ‘what took us so long?!!’” Working their natural singer songwriter skills together came easily for the duo. ...

LIL YACHTY – TEENAGE...

With hair that looks like red-hot cheese curls and the wild Atlanta ATLien style to match, Miles McCollum -- best known as singer/rapper and Sailing Team leader Lil Yachty -- bounces between the feel-good positivity of D.R.A.M. and the druggy weirdness of Future with the greatest of ease. Part of this is due to the use of two personas, the wild Lil Yachty and the stern but strange MC Lil Boat. He began to break in 2015 when Drake's OVO Sound Radio show aired his bizarre, sing-songy number "Minnesota. " In early 2016, his other persona became the name of Lil Boat, his debut for the Capitol- and Motown-affiliated independent Quality Control The mixtape featured "Minnesota· along with ·one Night,' a woozy party cut that reached number 30 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart and cracked the Hot 100. An appearance at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show followed soon after, along with an appearance ...

ROGER WATERS – IS THIS...

Roger Waters, the creative power and song writing force behind Pink Floyd, announces his first rock album in 25 years, Is This The Life We Really Want?. Roger Waters’ last studio album, 1992’s Amused To Death, was a prescient study of popular culture, exploring the power of television in the era of the First Gulf War. The long-awaited follow-up, 2017’s Is This The Life We Really Want?, is an unflinching commentary on the modern world and uncertain times. Waters’ forthcoming LP serves as a natural successor to classic Pink Floyd albums such as Animals and The Wall. Produced and mixed by Nigel Godrich (Radiohead, Paul McCartney, Beck, U2, “From the Basement”), Is This The Life We Really Want? includes 12 new Roger Waters musical compositions and studio performances. The physical album release includes a double 180-gram vinyl LP in a gatefold jacket and a 4-panel soft pack CD. The musicians on Is This The Life We Really Want? are: Roger Waters (vocals, ...
